What is the song's narrative?
The song details the plight of someone that is overwhelmed by his/her feelings and emotions. The profound nature of life - looking at a tree or a vermillion sky and being completely absorbed by its beauty, but still questioning their own existence and meaning itself. Is it slightly existentialist.

What inspired the songwriting?
The song was inspired by Goethe's 'The Sorrows of Young Werther' and Albert Camus' ' The Fall' and my own personal experience in life.

Does the single give a good indication of what to expect from the Me My Head debut album which will be released later this month?
Autumn is one of the more emotional/sombre songs on the album. The rest of it is a little bit more in your face, although a lot of similar themes and feelings run through the album at its core.
